6 eggs ¾ C. sour cream ¼ tsp. salt 1 ½ C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 ½ C. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cans of chopped green chilies (Total of 8 oz. Do not drain.) Tabasco Sauce for spice (optional) | Have all ingredients mixed in a bowl before the Rendez-Vous. | |
Taco Pizza |
1 lb. taco meat (cooked) 1 refrigerated pizza dough 1 jar or container of red pizza sauce 3 C. grated Mozzarella cheese 1 small can sliced black olives | Cook hamburger with taco seasoning before the Rendez-Vous. | |

Chilies Rellenos Bake |
NOTE: Host should have mixed the Chili Rellenos mixture before you arrive. Divide the mixture into the 12 cups of your Flexipan® Muffin Tray. Ask Host to preheat oven to 350 degrees 30 minutes before the Rendez-Vous. As guests are arriving, put the Muffin Tray in the oven and bake mixture until the egg is set in the middle. (Approximately 25-30 minutes) Serve appetizers when done. | 1 Muffin Flexipan® Tray Perforated Baking Sheet Heat Resistant Spatula |
Taco Pizza |
Roll out dough on Roul’Pat®. Transfer pizza crust to the Silpat®. Spread pizza sauce on the dough. Add taco meat on top of the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Add sliced olives. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. NOTE: Use scissors to cut the pizza on the Silpat®.
